Electrowelded frame

Our models are equipped with the latest and highest quality Made in Italy sofa bed frames, allowing you to have available at the same time a beautiful sofa and a great bed.
The seat and back cushions are firmly anchored to the iron frame of the net, so they are not removed each time the mechanism is used.
Structure and upholstery of the sofa bed elements
Each element that will be anchored to the bed mechanism is made of poplar plywood and solid fir wood for durability. This is fixed by means of galvanized iron bayonet joints, which are simple to assemble, strong and stable once attached to the structure.
The paddings are made of foam rubber with differentiated densities:
- Seating: 32 kg per cubic meter
- Back: 28 kg per cubic meter
Sofa bed mattresses
The standard mattresses of our sofa beds are made of polyurethane foam of the density of 25 Kg per cubic meter made in different heights depending on the model chosen (Example: Mattress 18 cm – Sofa Bed Supreme).
These polyurethane sheets are lined with quilted hypoallergenic fabric to improve breathability while keeping the entire mattress perfectly dry.

Measurements of double and single sofa beds
The standard width measurements of bed mechanisms, and thus mattresses, are:
- 160 and 140 cm – Double sofa beds
- 120, 100 cm – Single sofa beds
- 75 cm – Armchair Beds

The more we want a large bed, the larger the final sofa will turn out to be, so before making a final decision on the final size to purchase, we should always find the right compromise between the maximum footprint of the sofa and the size of the bed we want.
Requests for custom-made sofa beds (e.g., making narrower or wider armrests) are accepted as long as the measurements of the bed frames are met, which, however, are standard and cannot be custom-made.
