This upholstery fabric uses a 100% cotton composition and a fine weave. Its surface offers a different visual treatment from chenille or velvet, allowing the furniture’s seams and upholstered shape to remain clearly visible.
Surface, colour and suitability
Compare the chosen colour beside the room’s existing textiles. Even a plain covering can appear different over a large sofa than on a small swatch, particularly where natural and artificial light fall across it at different times.
The fibre composition does not by itself establish how a completed cover should be washed. Construction, dyes and the furniture’s upholstery arrangement all need to be considered through the supplied care instructions.
The fine weave can make colour and seam placement more apparent than a heavily textured yarn surface.
