Bed base structure
All of our structures are made from the highest quality woods to be durable and long-lasting. Painted on the inside like furniture for easy cleaning.
Without container
The base of the bed is made entirely of 2 cm thick fir wood boards. The height of the bed frame will be 24 cm (Excluding foot)
With container
The structure is completely made of 2 cm thick poplar plywood to easily support even the heaviest loads.
The height of the standard bed frame with storage is 30 cm (excluding foot) with a usable interior space of 24 cm.

Slatted bed base
An iron tubular frame of 40 x 38 mm cross-section, completely seamless, with high-strength nylon and fiberglass accident-prevention corners, epoxy powder coated for total corrosion protection.
The slats are made from 7-cm beech slats housed in a special polyethylene backing, a plastic material that eliminates any squeaking friction between slat and frame.

Mechanisms for opening the container
All our mechanisms are made of galvanized iron to protect them from rust caused by seasonal changes in humidity.
You can choose from 3 types of container risers:
- Standard opening mechanism: classic raising of the bed base from the foot of the bed.
- Side-opening mechanism: raised from the long side of the net (right or left).
- Double horizontal riser mechanism: provides both standard opening and parallel horizontal position raised from the bed frame, to simplify and help the back when making the bed.
The bed is opened by Made in Germany gas pistons, synonymous with guarantee and durability.
Bedframe padding
The outer wooden frame is padded with foam rubber and finished with synthetic velvet. You will be able to choose between two types of upholstery that, in addition to differing aesthetically, will affect the final footprint of the bed.
To calculate the total size of the bed you will need to add to the size of the bed base, the size of the upholstery you choose, and the thickness of the headboard of the desired bed.
- Flat padding: +8 cm

Bed legs
The standard for our beds is a 6 cm high wooden onion foot, but you can decide between other types by selecting the“Custom feet” option.
Choosing custom feet will give you paws of different heights and shapes, made of steel, turned wood or casters with brakes.
