This upholstered trundle keeps a second bed beneath the main single sleeping platform. The lower base pulls out and rises to match the upper level, offering two separate sleeping places or an adjoining arrangement for guests.
Design, proportions and details
Both bases measure 80 x 190 cm. The external frame is 88 x 198 cm, so compare the larger footprint with the available room and leave sufficient space to extend the second bed fully.
The lower area houses the guest-bed mechanism rather than a storage compartment. The specified arrangement accommodates an 18 cm mattress on each base; mattress details are discussed separately and should be checked before assuming they are included.
The two 80 x 190 cm platforms are the same sleeping size, but their storage and operating positions differ. Leave enough room to pull the lower bed out, raise it and still approach both sleeping surfaces. The finished height depends on the specified mattress as well as the base, so confirm the arrangement with VAMA before choosing bedside furniture or assuming the two beds will align with another mattress already in the room.
