A fixed base and a storage base can support the same design direction with different practical results. The storage construction uses a finished compartment beneath a lifting slatted platform, while the selected rails and feet determine the visible base proportions.
Eva’s stitched panels give a different surface from deep buttoning: seams divide the padding while leaving broader areas of covering visible. Consider that effect when choosing between a plain colour and a more textured fabric. For a storage order, the standard base construction uses a steel-perimeter slatted platform above the compartment; confirm the lift and finished height with the intended mattress so the sleeping level remains proportionate to the tall headboard.
