Design, proportions and details
The 165 cm standard width is useful for a secondary seating position, but the arms still occupy part of that measurement. Check the external dimensions and the way people will move around the room rather than treating the overall width as the usable seat width.
The upholstery is folded and secured by hand over shaped foam. Solid fir and beech support the traditional structure, with elastic webbing in the standard seat. This construction allows the compact sofa to retain the same visual language as the larger Chesterfields.
