Design, proportions and details
The 74 cm seat depth is part of a 106 cm overall depth. Compare the sitting measurement with a sofa you already use, especially if you prefer your feet on the floor when seated. The standard 260 cm width also requires careful access planning.
A larger frame changes the scale of the tufted areas as well as the cushions. VAMA shapes the upholstery by hand around the timber structure, keeping the pattern related to the proportions of the sofa instead of treating it as a repeated flat motif.
The 106 cm external depth and 74 cm seat depth create a different sitting position from the shallower Chesterino. Check both the seating depth and the access route when choosing this larger model.
